Societies are an integral part of college life that offer a welcoming and inclusive space for all students to explore their interests and meet new people. There are currently over 30 societies here at Snow, covering a wide range of interests and experiences. You also have the opportunity to set up a society of your own if you find a niche you would like to fill!

One of the great things about societies at Snow is that the experience is entirely tailored and unique to you! You can be as involved as you want, from being a social member to a president. Your involvement can also start at anytime, with societies holding midyear taster sessions for anyone interested!

Societies host socials and events throughout the year, which provide a great way to meet new people and have some fun. These include bake sales, bar crawls, and karaoke nights! All societies will advertise these on their Instagrams so make sure to follow any you are interested in.

All of our current societies are described on the following pages, but make sure to turn up to our Freshers fair to find out more about each one (plus get some free goodies)! Also follow @snow.societies on Instagram to keep up to date on all things societies :)
